Error "Unexpected error in importData:null" When Exporting the Data through EPM Agent (Doc ID 2952086.1)

Symptoms

Running the export job through epmagent fails with an error. It was also seen that there was no .dat file being populated in backend EPMagent/app/data folder as this fails before creating it and also it does not show any logs under EPMagent/app/logs. This process pulls data from Freeform application to load into On-premise oracle DB table.
