Non Stock-holding Stores Included in ICLS_PRICE_CHANGE Cause Message Failures in MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE (Doc ID 2952190.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to integrate Price Changes and Clearances from Retail Pricing Cloud Service (RPCS), ICLS_PRICE_CHANGE table holds records for all non- stock holding locations and the following error occurs in MPS when processing the DcsPrice Messages

ERROR

Caused by: oracle.retail.sim.common.core.SimServerException: ORA-02291: integrity constraint  (ITEM_PRICE_FK1) violated - parent key not found


Steps to Reproduce:

1. In RPCS, create and approve price change for a Price Zone including stock holding locations and non-stockholding locations.
2. In SIOCS, run ICL Price Change batch.
