On: 21C version, Environment Related

To do Management Portal not loading for IMD Exception details

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. To-Do Management Search:

To Do Type: IMD Exception
Message: IMD date range is out of bounds compared to date periods allowed in the Master Configuration. (11802,10951)

2. Click on the search button:
