Symptoms

Customer reports that when modifying a unreceived ASN in the supplier portal, it does not publish the ASNMod message but sends an ASNInCre and ASNInDel message. The Add goes to RMS before the delete and as a result the add and delete are sent sequentially and the ASN is deleted.
