Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: 23B Candidates Unable to Submit Their Application. (Doc ID 2952402.1)

Symptoms

Problem:

There are cases where the candidate is unable to submit their Job Application in 23B, cases such as:

1. Candidate uploads resume without degree details then an incomplete tile will appear on the timeline, prompting the Candidate to fill in the mandatory degree field. However, if Candidate try to edit the tile and add the degree value, it will not be saved.

2. When Candidate add education details by clicking on the "Add Education" button, the data get saved in the database but does not appear on the timeline. Candidate will not be able to confirm if the added information has been saved or not because it doesn't show up on the screen.

3. Returning Candidates cannot submit their applications or apply to another job requisition due to the Education block values continuously load and do not appear. In this scenario the "Next" button is greyed out.

4. In the Education, Licenses and Languages blocks,the chosen degree, license or language presented as "Unnamed Value", "Unnamed License" or "Unnamed Language".
