1.By default, all OCE instances, if not specifying the Upgrade Schedule configuration during creation, is "immediate upgrade" by default?
2. How long does it take to migrate OCE instance from immediate upgrade pod to delayed upgrade pod and what does customer need to do? We need to let customer know the impact (downtime required, etc.) for planning.
