Goal

Customer receives notifications with the subject line similar to below:

[Customer: %s, Env: Prod] MERCH Nightly cycle start
[Customer: %s, Env: Prod] MERCH Schedule, Nightly Cycle Summary

And footprints ticketing system at the customer's side had an issue for the above.

Request was logged to remove brackets( [ and ] characters ) from the subject line for notifications
