EPM Cloud: Landing Page Defaults to Planning Type Applications While Creating New Application

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
An instance (POD or environment) had a Planning application earlier. Need to create a FCCS, EDMCS or any different type application in the same instance. However the service defaults to Planning applications while creating a new application after the current application is deleted.
Steps followed are:
- Delete the current Planning application
- Login back to the environment to create a new application.
However you can only create a Planning Type application.
