Symptoms

DB_HOME creation failing from console with below error,

Database job: Failed. [FATAL] [DBAAS-60022] Command 'if [ -d /u02/app/oracle/product/12.1.0/dbhome_21 ]; then /usr/bin/cp -a /u02/app/oracle/product/12.1.0/dbhome_21/. /var/opt/oracle/dbaas_acfs/tmp/2023-05-29_01-44-17-PM/dbhome_21; fi;' has failed on nodes [localnode].
Result of node:localnode
ERRORS:
/usr/bin/cp: preserving permissions for /var/opt/oracle/dbaas_acfs/tmp/2023-05-29_01-44-17-PM/dbhome_21/./cdata/localhost: Operation not supported
