Transfer Shipment BOL And Label Reports Are Not Accepting Containers Starting With 0. (Doc ID 2952652.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to download the Transfer Shipment Container and Transfer Shipping Label Reports we are getting below error due to the zeros are removed from the beginning of the container ID the following error occurs.
"Transaction not found."

Steps To Recreate:
1. Go to Operations>Report
2. In Report Name LOV select the Transfer Shipping Label and enter the container ID i.e, 000000012110005019.
3. Note as soon as you clicked the container ID , the zeros are removed and you get error "Transaction not found".
