Issue with Appointment Booking

We are facing issues with submitting the request for appointment booking from our external system.
While submitting the SOAP post API for appointment booking, we are getting below error in the soap response.

ERROR

Error - description=Invalid 'zip' format: 'W2 4EB '

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute an API to book an activity with a UK zip code
2. Receive error message

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import addresses via API.
