Symptoms

Error Message when trying to include an end date for a compensation plan

The compensation plan "<compensation name>" does not have an end date yet and the user is trying to enter one.
The end date is 01/31/2023 and the start date is 01/01/2021.
The plan component "<plan component name>" already has the same date interval.

When I try to save the end date in the compensation plan, the user is getting the following error message. but the date is already after 1/1/21.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Incentive Manager
Manage Compensation Plan

Try to enter an End Date value and save
