VDATE is one day behind since the POM patch 23.2.201.0 was applied on 14-May

A development environment was patched POM, MERCH, and RICS on 14-May. After that, 14-May batch cycle did not run, until 15-May, and since then, the system is one day behind. Why the batch is a day behind after the patching?
