Symptoms

When attempting to login to P6 Professional local database,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
"Invalid username or password. Please try again"


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Launch P6 Professional.
  2. Select "Local" database alias.
  3. Enter username and password.
  4. Click "Connect".
  5. Error displayed.
