Updates Done In Participant Assignments>Manage Direct Credit Rules Are Not Saved As Expected

Symptoms
Issue for updating an existing Direct Credit Rule -
The user needs to remain selecting the record that is to be changed and click Save before making additional updates or navigating away from that record.
If the user clicks on another record before saving, the system will propagate the update/change to the newly highlighted record.
Incentive Manager
Navigation: Participant Assignments -> Manage Direct Credit Rules
Steps:
Created Hierarchy and Nodes -
Navigate: Participant Assignments -> Manage Direct Credit Rules
MyRule Level 1 Credit Hierarchy Rule Number 233201
MyRule child Level 2 credit node Rule Number 233202
MyRule2 Level 1 Credit Hierarchy Rule Number 233203
MyRule2 child Level 2 credit node Rule Number 233204
MyRule3 no child nodes Rule Number 233205
MyRule4 Level1 Credit Hierarchy Rule Number 233206
MyRule4 Child1 Credit Node Rule Number 233207
Then try to make changes -
Navigate: Participant Assignments -> Manage Direct Credit Rules
1) Choose record for MyRule4 Level1 Credit Hierarchy Rule Number 233206
2) Change the Name field to MyRule4 Level1 Credit Hierarchy YR2023
3) Move to any other record such as the row for -
MyRule Level 1 Credit Hierarchy Rule Number 233201
The bottom of the page shows -
MyRule Level 1 Credit Hierarchy: Details
The *Name field still shows
MyRule4 Level1 Credit Hierarchy YR2023
And the Rule Number 233201
If you choose Save button then the Name 'MyRule Level 1 Credit Hierarchy' gets changed to 'MyRule4 Level1 Credit Hierarchy YR2023' <----- This is NOT the expected record to updated when choose Save.
The changes expected were for record 'MyRule4 Level1 Credit Hierarchy' which should be changed to 'MyRule4 Level1 Credit Hierarchy YR2023'.
