Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Custom role is not appearing in Application Composer for an object in Application "ERP and SCM Cloud".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expecting the new role to appear in Application Composer > Common Setup > Role Security or Application Composer > Objects > Custom Objects > xxxxx > Security

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a custom role with Role Category "CRM - Job Roles" and another with Role Category "SCM - Job Roles"
2. Run processes "Send Pending LDAP Requests" and "Import User and Role Application Security Data"
3. Sign-out and Sign-in
4, Navigate to Application Composer > Common Setup > Role Security or Application Composer > Objects > Custom Objects > xxxxx > Security
5. A role with Role Category "CRM - Job Roles" is appearing in Application "CRM Cloud" but not "ERP and SCM Cloud".
6. A role with Role Category "SCM - Job Roles" is not appearing in Application "CRM Cloud" nor "ERP and SCM Cloud".
