Attachement File Containing "+" In The Filename Is Failed To Map With "No file found for the reference file" Error (Doc ID 2953128.1)

Symptoms

When using file with the filename contains "+" character, failed to map the file with following error.

For example, filename is sample !#$%&'() ,;=@[]^'{}~.png, then following error would be seen.

 From Payload, following values were set, and + char was removed in attachmentReference.

attachmentProperties - partName : sample !#$%&'()+,;=@[]^`{}~.png
attachmentReference : sample !#$%&'() ,;=@[]^`{}~.png

Changes

 Use "+" char in the filename.
