Contract Deliverables Attachments Becomes Invisible And Add Attachments Stop Working

Symptoms
Following steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Create a "Buy No lines" contract
2. Create a deliverable and add an attachment to it.
3. Send contract for approval and Approve the contract
4. Open the approved contract - Navigate to "Deliverables" - Add internal deliverable (click on + icon and add it)
5. Add an attachment to it - click ok
6. Save the contract
7. Click on newly created deliverable (which is created at step 4) - "Attachments" - Click "Cancel"
8. Click on newly created deliverable again (which is created at step 4) - "Attachments"
Outcome:
After performing step 8 we see that the attachments is shown Empty.
