Goal

EPM has begun to transition from our legacy infrastructure OPC (Oracle Public Cloud) which leverages Traditional Cloud Accounts for My Services on SIM ( Shared Identity Manager ) to our new infrastructure OCI ( Oracle Cloud Infrastructure ) which leverages IAM (Identity Access Management). The aim of this document is to demonstrate the steps needed to setup a new federation for the newly transitioned EPM services prior to a migration cutover event.
