Intermittent Internal Server Error - 500 After Logging-In Via SSO In OSF Site (Doc ID 2953475.1)

Symptoms

After logging-in via SSO flow in an OSF application, even though the authentication of the user is successful in both the IdP and Storefront (POST SAML/post request is successful), the OSF node returns a 500 - Internal Sever Error when trying to render the page configured in the SAML RelayState.

The OSF container logs show the following error:

Furthermore, the configuration suggested in KM Article [OSF] 500 - Internal Server Error In The RelayState Page After Successful SSO Authentication In Non Default Site (Doc ID 2941252.1) is already in place where applicable.
