Alert "The value for field Location Name must be unique" When Creating A Record With Unique Data Element Set (Doc ID 2953498.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

When a user is creating a Business Process (BP) record that has a Data Element (DE) with unique data entered, the alert below is received.

ALERT

The value for field [DE NAME] must be unique. There is another record containing the same value for this field.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  Log into Unifier.
2.  Navigate to the Shell > affected BP.
3.  Click create.
4.  Fill in the required information including the unique value and the unique DE.
5.  Attempt to create the record and notice the alert.
