Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

The 'Recent Business Processes' and all workspace Business Processes become inaccessible on the Unifier iOS Application when a user attempts to synchronizes while in offline mode.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

The Recent Business Processes and all workspace Business Processes should be accessible on the Unifier iOS Application when a user synchronizes while in offline mode.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier's Mobile iOS app.
  2. While in Online Mode, the Recent Business Processes are seen on the landing screen of the Mobile iOS app.
  3. Click an available Business Process, attempt to create a new record, close it, and do not save the draft.
  4. Click Menu > Data Synchronization > switch to Workoffine mode.
  5. Navigate back to the available Business Processes on the landing screen and attempt to create a new record for an available Business Process, close it, and do not save the draft.
  6. Click on the Synchronization icon on the landing screen and Observe the notification that the Synchronization will take a few minutes.
  7. Click on the available Business Processes on the landing screen and attempt to create a new record for an available Business Process, close it, and do not save the draft.
  8. Observe that the landing screen does not display any Recent Business Processes - this section is blank. The "See All" link also displays as blank.
