Problem Description:

While in Manage Job Offers when attempting to manually move the job offer to processed, the following error occurs.

An application error occurred.

Steps:
1. Navigate to Manage Job Offers page
2. Click on the three dots on right hand side
3. Move to Processed
4. Error occurs
