Error trying to delete attachment from Service Request Summary page in Help Desk
I am getting an error "<attachment_file_name> is read only and cannot be modified or deleted" when trying to delete the attachment.
ERROR

<attachment_file_name> is read only and cannot be modified or deleted"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Help Desk
2. HR Service Requests
3. Open existing SR with attachment
4. From Service Request - Details page Attachments
Click X to delete or search for attachment
Observe error: "<attachment_file_name> is read only and cannot be modified or deleted"
