Symptoms
Occasionally the "View Details" button on the Enhanced Review Cost Accounting Distribution UI is disabled.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable the Opt In of Enhanced Review Cost Accounting Distribution UI (This would be defaulted by 23c)
2. Navigate to Supply Chain Execution > Cost Accounting > Review Cost Accounting Distribution UI > Select the search by option as Reference Number(or Item number or Costing status or Transaction type).
3. Enter search parameter and click on search. Search results will appear.
4. View details button will be enabled.
5. Click on any other tab i.e Cost Transactions, Cost Adjustments, COGS Transactions, Work Order Transactions etc that has data. At times "View details" button will be in disabled state.
