Outbound Message Failure ALREADY_SET on OFS not appearing on External System (Doc ID 2954150.1)

Symptoms

On : 23.B.02 version, API

OFS error message appears for outbound messages sent to the external system.

For two activities, an error is occurring on Oracle Field Service (OFS), but there is no error reported on the external system.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send message for activity to external system
2. Error appears on OFS
3. Error does not appear on external system
