System Error When Attempting To Run the Audit Summary Report Query (Doc ID 2954325.1)

When running the Unifier "Audit Summary Report Query" the error message below is displayed. The error occurs regardless of the report parameters entered at run time.

"Unifier Notification The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contract your System Administrator if you are still having problems."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment.
  2. Navigate to Project/Shell > User Mode > Reports > System > Audit > Audit Summary Report Query > Leave parameters as default.
  3. Click Run Report.
  4. The error message noted above is displayed.
