Symptoms
A journey was created in 22D. It was possible to do:
- My Client Groups/Show All
- Checklist Templates
- Click on a checklist
- Click on a checklist task
- Click on the 'Notes' tab
- It was possible to use an email type hyperlink (and possible to specify an email template)
However, in 23A, the email type hyperlink is no longer available.
