Unable to Run Back to Back Nightlies in The Same Day Since Update to 23.2.201.1 (Doc ID 2954577.1)

Symptoms

The user assumed that they could run Nightly cycles, continuously one after another, using the POM Scheduler.

The issue was that after running Nightly previously for the same day, they were scheduling the next Nightly to run on the same day, after a few minutes. The POM Scheduler was scheduling the Nightly for the next day, instead of the same day.
