Item Create SOAP UI Not Populating ITEM_MASTER.ORIGINAL_RETAIL (Doc ID 2954652.1)

Goal

When creating sellable items in MFCS through the Item Create SOAP UI, the Original Retail is not being populated, even though it is being passed in on the XML file.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Create an XML message to create a sellable item. include an original_retail
2. Call the XML message to load the item create into MFCS v22.1.401.1. Note the item is created, but the original_retail is not populated.
