ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After creating a SOAP connection to ContractServiceV2, the connection is created with empty URL and a warning icon is shown on Actions.

The Web Service connection details for 'ContractServiceV2' could not be loaded. Delete and recreate it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------
To reproduce this, follow the below steps:
1. Create and enter a Sandbox.
2. Go to Tools and Application Composer.
3. Select "Web Services" and click on "Creates a new webservice..." button.
4. Chose SOAP and click Ok.
5. On Name enter: ContractServiceV2
6. On WSDL URL enter: https://[ENVIRONMENT_URL]/fscmService/ContractServiceV2?WSDL
7. Click on "Read WSDL".
8. Security Scheme select Call with basic authentication.
9. On Credential select a Credential and click Save and Close.
