Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, CX Integration

Scheduler Configuration issue in Quota Based Assignment Integration from B2B Service to OFS.

Issue:- Customer is getting a error while creating an Work Order with quota based assignment integration from B2B Service to OFS Side.

Steps to reproduce:-
1. Open SR
2. Click on Work Order
3. Create a Work Order
4. Select Work Order Type
5. Click on "Requested"
Error msg pops up.

Goal:- Customer need to create work order by quota based assignment booking for activity creation on OFS side.

Impact:-

1. They are not able to create activity from B2B to OFS
2. Not able to create subsequent follow-up activity from OFS side as well( when they disable scheduler configuration on Manage Service to Oracle Field Service Integration )
