Stuck In The Detail Page When Navigated Through Reports Hyperlink

Symptoms
There is a report that contains the name of the record. The name of the record has an interaction that navigates to the detail page of the record. The report is for a custom object. When a
user clicks the record name in the report, the user is navigated to the correct page. However, when the user clicks Save and Close or Cancel nothing is happening in the record. Thus the user is stuck on the record's details page.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Analytics.
2. Go to Executive Dashboard subtab, click Demand Generation tab.
3. In the Demand Generation Detailed Report, click the name of the record.
4. In the Report's details page, click cancel or Save and Close. The user is
stuck in page. Nothing happens after clicking the Save and Close or Cancel
button
