Symptoms
Errors when trying to relogin to OFS using Chrome, after a session has timed out (internal login policy):
- If incorrect password is entered, error: "Incorrect Instance name, Username or Password" is issued (expected).
- If the correct password is entered, error: "Validation failed" is displayed (unexpected).
