ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After 23B, the My Team banner is showing for user with the seeded Employee role
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Seeded Employee role should not have access to the My Team banner.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as user who only has the Employee role
2. User can see the My Team banner and can perform actions they should not have access to.
