Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Global Human Resources

When attempting to searching for a user,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

ORA-28112 failed to execute policy function



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure Person Security Profile with custom criteria
2. Search for a user
3. Error occurs when selecting user.
