While in the process of cancelling / rebilling Bill ID XXXXXXXXX, when attempting to freeze the new bill, error is displayed as "Input request field To Do Id has an invalid value". While Attempting to Complete a bill, Error Stating that the To Do Id is missing is being prompted. The To do has been purged from the system.
