OTM Doesn't Populate Required Values In Domain Name Dropdown While Creating Data

Symptoms
Sometime OTM / GTM users face challenge that required domain names are not populated/displayed on the Domain Name dropdown in any screen while they are trying to create/enter records in OTM / GTM database.
For an Example:
1. Customer has his/her user id created in DBA domain
2. That has been tagged with the DEFAULT ADMIN role through the User Manager screen
3. That person has other secondary role assigned to him as ABC.ADMIN
4. The Person, logged into OTM/GTM and switched role to ADMIN | ABC (i.e. ABC.ADMIN)
5. Navigated to Order Management > Order Release > Order Release > New (to create a release under ABC domain)
b. Open the Domain Name dropdown and cannot see the value ABC
Note: This scenario can happen for any combinations of two domains; DBA and ABC are the examples here. Also, role can be anything, ADMIN is used for explanation purpose.
