Goal

When Oracle raises AR for Break glass approvals, it was observed that

1. No visibility on which type of access request (Read Only/Edit) is raised


2. No SR Number is populating when the request is made for approvals


3. All completed/Cancelled/Revoked requests state shows as cancelled. If all of AR's will be in Cancelled state. when the audit comes, how are we going to differentiate these requests whether these are really Revoked/Cancelled or how many requests are successful
