Symptoms

Errors are observed in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) on Marketplace (MP) when attempting to connect to an Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) / ADB / ATP database.

Failures can occur when:

Connecting to ODI on MP Studio
Testing an ADW / ADB Data Server Connection
Executing ODI Mappings. Scenarios and Load Plans using any type of agent, ie:
- ODI on MP out-of-box Jetty agent
- ODI JEE Agent
- ODI Collocated Agent
- ODI Standalone Agent

Following are some examples of errors seen:

Changes

The organizationalUnitName (OU) was removed from the tnsnames.ora file contained in the client credential file usually named Wallet_<DBNAME>.zip.

The credential file for the ADW connection needed to be updated in ODI Studio for the OU change.
