Unable to Start Out-of-box Jetty Agent After ADB Wallet File Change, Error "ODI-10181: Uncategorized configuration exception" (Doc ID 2955935.1)

Symptoms

After replacing the Autonomous Database (ADB) wallet file in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) on Marketplace (MP), and confirming that the login using ODI Studio, the out-of-box standalone jetty agent fails to start with error:

The adwURL, walletFileName, credentialFilePath and sMasterDBUrl  properties were updated in the "/u01/oracle/mwh/odi/common/scripts/odi-setup.properties" file.
