Symptoms

When attempting to run ,JOB BATCH_ITMCOSTCOMPUPD_PROCESS
the following error occurs.

PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-00942: table or view does not exist@2COST_COMP_UPD_SQL.LOAD

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run JOB BATCH_ITMCOSTCOMPUPD_PROCESS
