Fusion Global HR : Legal Entity Changes In Front End Application Is Not Reflecting In HR_ORGANIZATION_UNITS_F_TL Table

Symptoms
Issue :
The Changes in Legal Entity is not getting reflected in the backend table. "HR_ORGANIZATION_UNITS_F_TL"
If we are performing any actions(inactivation, re-activation, renaming etc) on Legal Entities in "Manage Legal Entities" under Search Legal Entities setup, the data does not reflect in back-end tables.
Steps :
1. Rename and inactivate a Legal Entity through Manage Legal Entities.
2. Now try to search the Legal Entity through Search Legal Entities.
3. You will be able to see the changes.
But the same is not reflected in Pages like Hire an Employee, or Tables HR_ALL_ORGANIZATION_UNITS_F & HR_ORGANIZATION_UNITS_F_TL
