Query Based Data Element (QBDE) Evaluation Is Being Triggered Even When the Trigger Element Is Not Updated Causing a False Validation Rule To Pop Up (Doc ID 2956421.1)

Symptoms

Intermittent: When using a Query Based Data Element (QBDE) in a Business Process (BP), with a Data Picker as the Trigger Element, and a Validation Rule has been defined in uDesigner:

Expected Result

The QBDE should only be evaluated when the Trigger Element is modified.

Actual Result

The QBDE is being evaluated even though the Trigger Element is not modified.

As a result the Validation Rule is being falsely triggered and causing confusion for the users when the data conditions should not trigger the Rule.
