Symptoms
You might get the following Database connectivity issues:
- Unable to connect to a database.
- Unable to perform any SQL operations.
- Unable to connect to Oracle cloud applications such as MongoDB, Web SQL Developer, ML, Graph Studio, or others.
The database might look into the ACTIVE state of the Operational Data Store (ODS) in the Oracle platform. However, when you try connecting to the database using SQLPLUS, it might prompt an error.
