There is Journal data at an intersection which can be retrieved via Smart View from FCCS application, However there is no journal posted in the application for the same intersection. Tried to clear data for journal Input data source using ClearEmptyBlock Rule, Clear data profile as well as Clear via Smart View data submission. The options did not work to successfully clear the unwanted journal.
