ItemPurge Job Fails With " Transaction Timed Out After 7201 Seconds" (Doc ID 2956556.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the Item_PurgeJob from the SIOCS Web Client, the following error occurs.

ERROR [[STUCK] ExecuteThread: '89' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'][batch-default] Error processing batchlet: (job: Item_PurgeJob, execution: 69521): Transaction Rolledback.: weblogic.transaction.internal.TimedOutException: Transaction timed out after 7201 seconds

Steps To Recreate
1. Login to SIOCS web client.
2. Select Admin > Technical Maintenance > Job Admin > Ad hoc Job > Purge Item.
3. Job Fails with error.
