Purchase Order / Change Order
Multiple Change Orders are at status Incomplete due to budgetary control errors.

Manage Orders show document in Error
Click on Error icon, error message is returned


ERROR
-----------------------
A pending change order exists which failed funds check
A change order is pending.

 

Select Document > Funds Status Failed link to drill down to Funds Check > Transactions. This popup shows error :
 
Budget period closed for control budget

Periods are in the past
 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a change order for specific purchase order
2. Document fails funds check
3. Drill down to transaction and see
 
2. Status column  shows error
budget period closed for control budget
for many control budgets/period in the past.
