Document Records - Error Message- only if Draft document is viewed
ERROR

"Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key[300000006479717 ]."
STEPS
-----------------------
This error is shown only when 'View document' (to see the draft version of the letter) is clicked first and then submit button is clicked.
If the same DOR is submitted without clicking on the 'View document' button, then there is no error.
The error occurs for all the DOR types which is configured for letters.
