Goal

Change of the default GL REF code in Tran Data for ORDER_RCV_SQL.STOCKLEDGER_INFO postings

Customer observed that there was late receiving of Order 4022161 on 09-MAR-23 to RMS from WMS system for transaction date 10-DEC-22. In the meanwhile, there was a PI count process scheduled for the same item 15288070 against location 5990 on 03-FEB-23.
As the PI count was already closed at RMS end in FEB 2023 and then the late receiving occurred in MAR 2023 , RMS didn't know about the receipt and so adjustments were made ( with Tran Code 23 and GL Ref No=2) and the stock_on_hand was updated to reflect the qty in the count that RMS was not aware of.
As per ideal RMS behaviour, it writes adjustments to reverse the discrepancy.

However, business want to change the configuration of such late postings to GL under ORDER_RCV_SQL.STOCKLEDGER_INFO program TD postings from GL Ref No 2 ( Store - Photoshoot giveaway as per INV ADJ Reason Code=2 ) to GL Ref No 21 ( DC CYCLE COUNT as per INV ADJ Reason Code=21)

Could you please advise on if we can change the configuration at RMS end after business & Client IT approval?
